So today was absolutely AMAZING!!!! As I grow deeper pursuing God, my perspective in life starts to shift and everything seems to make sense. I was completely blown away by Pastor TJ's teaching today on a overview about D.E.S.I.G.N. and there were a whole lot of things that I've learned, but one thing I got out of it was our goal. Our goal in life is to ADVANCE THE KINGDOM! Everything I do should be all for the kingdom of God which includes the Great Commission, living out what we believe and many other things that follow that. It is US not I that God is speaking to. He wants us as the body of Christ to SERVE one another by building relationships and being relational.
There are many times when I freak out when God calls me to do things that I know I can't and don't feel like doing. The picture below shows how my facial expression looks like majority of the time God tells me something to do. I doubt myself in all circumstances and I didn't realize that I am doubting the power God has, to rule over my life... No matter what God tells me to do, I need to, in obedience, follow Him and sacrifice some things for the sake of the KINGDOM!
